The Board of Education of the Penns Valley Area School District (PVASD) will receive separate sealed proposals for the PVASD Safe School Rt.45 Corridor Improvement Project, to include associated parking, circulation and Stadium Improvements for the following Prime Contracts:

Bids will be accepted no later than 2:00 pm, local prevailing time, Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Penns Valley Area District Administration Office, 4528 Penns Valley Road, Spring Mills, PA 16875. The bid envelope shall be marked “SEALED BIDS FOR the PVASD SAFE SCHOOL RT.45 CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, TO INCLUDE ASSOCIATED PARKING, CIRCULATION AND STADIUM IMPROVEMENTS - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL APRIL 13, 2023 AT 2:00PM”.
