About Me
My name is Ryan Bennett. I grew up in Saltillo, PA around Raystown Lake. I stayed local and went to Juniata College, earning my Bachelors of Science in Biology and Secondary Education. I am extremely excited to start my first year as Penns Valley's new biology teacher and show my students the world through biology.
In my free time, I enjoy collecting insects, gardening, hiking, listening to music, and spending time with friends. I have multiple pets, including tarantulas, mantises, fish, a salamander, and hermit crabs. I have done multiple educational programs on insects and I love sharing my passion for them with others.
