If your current clearances are more than 5 years old at any point of the school year, you will need to update your Criminal History check, Child Abuse clearance and Act 153 Affidavit before you can be re-approved for next year. In addition, if you have lived in Pennsylvania less than 10 years, you are required to submit an FBI clearance as well.
