Fall Athlete Concussion Testing

Athletes starting 7th, 9th, and 11th grade who are playing football, soccer, volleyball or cheering need to complete an online baseline concussion test. 

Once we have the official list of athletes who have registered for fall sports we will share the link to the concussion testing. This is why it is important to get your paperwork submitted by the deadline of August 7th. 

Concussion testing takes about 20 minutes and will be done online at home. If you have internet issues or have any questions regarding online concussion testing, contact the athletic director, Paige Kubalak, at [email protected], or by phone at (814)422-2000 ext. 3109.
