Fall Athlete Concussion Testing

Good Morning,

Athletes starting 9th and 11th grade who are playing football, soccer, volleyball or cheering need to complete a paper baseline concussion test. 9th and 11th graders also have to complete an online concussion test.

Athletes entering 7th grade in those sports must only take the online test.

Concussion testing takes about 15 minutes. The next round of testing times will be as follows for the paper tests for 9th and 11th graders:

Room 80- Enter from the back parking lot through the doors closest to the softball field

Monday, July 30th from 3:30-5:30

Wednesday, August 1 from 9:30 to 11:30

Back hall room in between rooms 52 and 54 enter through the loading dock doors in the middle parking lot

Monday August 6th from 9:30-11:30 and from 3:30-5:30

Wednesday, August 8th from 9:30-11:30 and from 3:30-5:30
